Montreal Sales Training on LinkedIn (Video Short)

How Sales Navigator finds you opportunities on LinkedIn:

This video clip was recorded at a keynote sales training I delivered in Montreal for MicroAge’s annual sales conference.

I have been on LinkedIn since 2003 and delivering LinkedIn sales training seminars for almost as long. I am still surprised about the number of salespeople that don’t understand the power of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and how it not only monitors key accounts for you – it tells you what and when there are opportunities to engage them.

Often when I ask salespeople why they’re not using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, they will tell me it’s because of the additional price. In some cases the company won’t pay for it. The salesperson in this case is short-sighted. Even if your company won’t pay for it, how many additional clients or sales do you need to justify the investment of $75 per month?

Most of us would make the annual cost back after landing only two additional clients or deals. The system automates online contact and company monitoring and provides pathways to engagement. Invest in these tools, even if it’s out of your own pocket – it will pay in revenues and an improved social network.
