This in-depth Leadership Skills Inventory (LSI) is both online and print-based. The LSI Provides the Leader with an instrument for assessing his or her effectiveness in Self-Management; Interpersonal Communications; Counselling and Problem-Management; Consulting; and Role, Style, and Skill Shifting.
The Leadership Skills Inventory – Self (LSI-S) assessment provides insight into strengths to capitalize upon, and areas that need further development of behavioral change to produce maximum results. It is self-administered, self-scored and self-interpreted.
For optimum results, distribute several copies of the Leadership Skills Inventory – Others’ (LSI-O) assessment to key associates and/or subordinates for 36o feedback and processes.
The Leadership Skills Inventory (LSI) is based on research in applied behavioral science and focuses primarily on helping individuals to develop the ability to handle the “people” side of management. It is a condensed and streamlined version of the self-assessment section in Transforming Leadership.
