The Online Professional Sales Certificate Program was originally developed as an online sales training program to service Vancouver, Toronto and other major markets in Canada and is now available globally. The Online Professional Sales Certificate Program is collaboration between Langara College and Knowledge Brokers International (authors Bill Gibson and Shane Gibson).
Over 100,000 sales people, executives and business owners have benefited from the principles taught in Knowledge Brokers sales programs that have traditionally only been available to our enterprise level sales training clients. We created the Professional Sales Certificate Program as a Online course that any individual in the world with an internet connection can attend. If you are looking at sales as a career option, or already have extensive sales experience, this in-depth, upbeat and engaging program will introduce you to exciting new ways to achieve sales success and help you achieve your full potential as a salesperson.
Each course is held over a three week period and consists of weekly reading, podcasts, videos, group discussion boards and live webinars. If participants can’t make the date and time of the live-webinar there will be an opportunity to watch a recorded version. All courses have testing built-in and each participant must have a passing grade in all courses to be eligible for the certificate.
This certificate is awarded to students who have successfully completed all four online courses below.

Students will have access to their course on the first day using the Desire to Learn (D2L) learning system.
