POSITION DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager 

 

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: Lower Mainland

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Easy Care Restoration Ltd. provides full service disaster restoration.  We use a ‘hi-touch, hi-tech’ methodology to get the work done.

As our Business Development Manager, you will work with a diverse group of people who are taking advantage of new approaches to providing our services better than anyone else in the industry. Building on an established clientele and new clientele, you will be responsible to grow our annual revenues by participating in all phases of the sales life cycle. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster productive relationships with a diverse customer and partner group.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

·       Developing and managing sales cycles from lead capture to sales closure;

·       Making cold calls when appropriate and follow-up on leads generated from marketing and networking;

·       Qualifying sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of time and resources;

·       Leading introductory meetings with potential customers including positioning Easy Care’s value proposition;

·       Developing strategic account and opportunity plans;

·       Working with marketing to help develop lead generation programs & targeting marketing to specific verticals

·       Working with our Project Managers to develop account strategies and partner on closing deals;

·       Developing, nurturing, and fostering relationships within the property management and insurance industries;

·       Contributing revenue based on annual quotas and targets;

·       Contributing to improving the sales process and methodologies;

·       Adding all customer contact information, activities, and notes to Daylite CRM;

·       Maintaining opportunity forecasting information in CRM;

·       Some participation in industry events, e.g., golf tournaments, luncheons, etc.;

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

You will have successfully completed of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

You will have some experience in selling services.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

You are a team player and team leader

 

REPORTING TO:

 

You will be reporting directly to the CEO
