Leadership Assessments
Assessments used in a leadership context help us pin point where we are at, so that we can build a personal roadmap to further develop and focus our leadership potential. These assessments on leadership and coaching skills were developed as a starting point for discussion, reflection and improvement. We would suggest to you use this tool in conjunction with a tenured leadership, personal, or business coach who can help facilitate the debriefing and learning and development strategy with you.
Because these leadership personality and behavior tests (assessments) can be influenced by many factors beyond our control, the perspective the assessment gives us is actually more important than how high the score is. In essence the question we would suggest you ask when tallying your score is: "What two or three behavioral or attitude shifts I have identified here could most impact me and my effectiveness as a leader?"
If you would like more help on the next steps after the assessments please feel free to contact us for information on our sales and leadership development programs and packages. Building a personal roadmap is a great way to develop and focus your potential as well; if you want increase that potential with a Master's in Organizational Leadership here's one from St. Mary's MN Online.
