Q:  What will I learn in the sales academy?

A:  You will learn a systematic approach to:

-         Finding your most profitable market niches and decision makers

-         Landing those target clients

-         and also how retain and develop those clients over time

Q: What kind of success rate or track record does the Professional Sales Academy have?

A: The academy is based upon Knowledge Brokers International’s selling system that has increased sales performance for banks, insurance companies, car manufacturers, and small businesses as well.  KBI and their sales system also comes highly recommended by the Vancouver Board of Trade because of the positive response they have had from their members on the KBI programs.

Q:  Do I have to take whole thing?

A:  You may take the program over several semesters or sign up for individual courses.  The advantage of registering for the entire series and completing it in one semester is that you receive one on one sales performance coaching and a discount on the four courses.  The three hours of coaching is valued at $500.00.

Q:  What type of people are attending the Professional Sales Academy?

A: The Academy will benefit both new and experienced sales executives and business people, some of the types of people that will attend are:

-         Small Business Owners/Entrepreneurs

Q:  Who is delivering the courses?

A:  Shane Gibson, Executive Vice President of Knowledge Brokers International Ltd  is delivering the program.  He has trained several thousand sales people, managers, and executives both in small and large companies in North America and Southern Africa.  He is also contributing author to the Complete Sales Action System the corporate sales training system that the Professional Sales Academy is based upon.

Q:  What do I get when I enrol?  What does the program entail etc.?

A:  You will participate in a 72 hour interactive course which will include live instruction, self directed study, group work with other sales professionals and one hour of one on one sales coaching with a KBI sales performance coach.

The 72 hour program is broken down into 21 sales modules that include a text, and an implementation guide.

Q:  What is the implementation guide all about?

A:  It is a series of exercises and templates designed to assist you in implementing what you’ve learned in the classroom.  You can also use it as a coaching tool to help others implement and learn.

Q: What support is there after the program? Or What is the coaching about?

A: You will get a three hour one on one coaching session with one of the KBI sales performance coaches.  Your coach will provide you with feedback and insight on how to implement what you’ve learned and use the tools and approaches in your business or career.   You can also use the time to get help on your sales action plan. (your final project)

Q:  How does it compare to other programs?

A:  This program is based upon a current and constantly updated sales system which is being used by major organizations around the world.  It is flexible and has been effectively used by both large and small businesses as well as in the local and international market.  In short it is cutting edge, flexible and proven locally and internationally.

Q:  What kind of references can you provide?

A:  We can send you references from the Vancouver Board of Trade’s members that have attended KBI seminars in the past.  Also their local clients include the Brick, Fitness World, Hyundai, Infosat (Owned by Bell Canada) and a number of smaller local companies.  Internationally they have clients such as BMW, Siemens, SA Breweries, and major banks.
